We are switching to a new login provider
By Jesper Hammarbäck - February 5, 2019
We are always evaluating services to find the ones that best suits our current requirements and helps us deliver a high quality service you our users. On that note we want to inform you that we are soon switching to a new login provider hosted on Amazon AWS/Frankfurt.
Has there been a breach, or why are you doing this switch?
No. Your credentials are safe. The new login provider costs us less and offers greater flexibility than our old one.
How will this affect my account?
When the switch has been made your password to the Serialized Console will be reset.
Will this affect my API keys?
No. This only affects your password to the Serialized Console.
What do I have to do?
You will receive an email containing a temporary password and instructions on how to reset your password. You can of course also use the “Forgot password” link.
What happens if I don’t do anything?
Your account will be inactivated if you don’t login within 30 days after the switch. We will start deleting inactivated accounts after 30 days. Inactivated accounts can be reopened again unless it has been completely terminated. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this at email@example.com.
